In partnership with the Metropolitan Police, the City of London Police and industry experts, the Centre delivers a number of masterclasses, workshops and personal consultations across London. Each event targets specific areas of digital security that will enhance your ability to operate in a secure digital environment and help your business to innovate and grow.

We are a not for profit organisation, founded as a joint venture by the Mayor of London, the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) and the City of London Police (CoLP). We work in partnership with private industry and academia to help businesses, primarily small / medium business (<249 employees), to embrace digital innovations and operate in a secure online environment protecting themselves against cyber criminals.

The London Digital Security Centre is a not for profit organisation founded by the Mayor of London as a joint venture with the Metropolitan Police Service and the City of London Police.
The Centre works alongside the National Fraud and Cyber Crime Reporting Centre (ActionFraud) to help prevent businesses being the victims of cybercrime.

What can you do to take control of your digital security?
To take control of your digital security we recommend that businesses implement the following controls:
- Install the latest software and app updates; they contain vital security upgrades which help protect against viruses and hackers.
- Use strong and separate passwords for your key accounts, including email and online banking and use three random words to make a strong and memorable password.
- Provide staff with access to simple, freely-available cyber security training.
